- Pakistan + Bangladesh + India + Indonesia + Sri Lanka + Nigeria = 58.7% of the marketplace
- US + UK + DE + UA + CA + IT = ~20%
- Competing on price against PK/BD/NG is impossible
- But the Western pool is larger than expected. US alone = 9.7% (nearly matches BD). The second-largest country is BD (11%), not India.
- Ivan’s position: Ukrainian + Bali is actually neutral — not expected to be cheap like PK, not expected to be premium like US. He needs to deliberately signal “Western quality” through Pro status + Western-market positioning.
